Sammy's Chophouse

Excellent spot. Great fresh tasty food and you cannot beat the prices!! The staff are awesome and the clientele great. Beer is cold and the prices are old school, unlike most bars in Calgary. Truly a hidden gem in Dover.

Great food at a great price!

I just ordered special # 5, asking for the hottest wings they could make. Thank you Sammy's for the hottest wings, along with a picture. I needed that today. I used to go to Mezzaluna, this order brought back sooo many memories. I love your food, and the price is right. Hidden Gem.

I am a very big support of Sammy's chophouse! Amazing friendly staff and the food OMG! I ordered the lasagna delivery deal ? perfect as usual. Only 1 tiny tiny and i mean tiny my garlic toast was like buttered wonderbread lol other than that cant wait to order again

we had soup to start, potato and bacon. Was really good! My date had the reuben and I had the burger. Both were put in front of us, hot off the grill. Generously topped. Only complaint is the lack of pickles:) Not really a complaint - we will be back. Cute location, friendly and fast service, covid-safe practices and FANTASTIC PRICE POINT. Ticks all the boxes if you are ever in Dover and want a bite to eat. The menu is pretty extensive for a pub, I can't wait to try it all out!

Pretty cozy atmosphere for a bar although I was only there for a few minutes waiting for a pick up order. I ordered a pizza and it was really good, I really enjoyed the flavor of the crust and the toppings were very generously applied. The staff weee very friendly. A tad pricey but overall a positive experience.
