Take your server's recommendations, and make sure to let them know if you have restrictions -- our server in our case helped us find the best dairy-free options. Also order the chimichurri sauces for your meat.

(February 16, 2019, 2:56 am)Fantastic meal! My wife and I decided to try charbar and were very happy with our dinner. The service was quite good although towards the end of our meal it did start to slow down for dessert and our bill but it isn't enough to deter us from visiting again. The food was excellent although a little bit salty. It definitely had lots of flavour though. Overall we would go back for sure.

(February 6, 2019, 1:50 pm)Absolutely a great meal. Started off with an interesting tour of the building by Tyson who showed off the history and made the evening more special. Great food and great service. Loved the empanadas and especially the porterhouse aged 66 days and cooked to perfection. Next time I am in Calgary, I am going back for sure.

(December 28, 2018, 4:11 am)Top tier service from Alanna, wonderful cocktails, and the best steak and best chicken I've ever had in my life. Went for Christmas Dinner with my family and loved every second of it. Lightning fast service as well, considering how much food we ordered.
