We have been living here for over two years. This building for the price point is second to none. First the location is absolutely wonderful. Ctrain literally right behind us. 5 min walk to 8th ave for drinks with friends/family. Swimming pool. Gym. Solid walls and floors you can't hear and barely see your neighbours.

One day we'll buy, but for now we aren't leaving anytime soon.

Oh and the management is so lovely to deal with. Very professional and polite. Considering how many resident they Manage on the daily they almost always have a smile on their face.
