“Very friendly and helpful staff set up the courts for us. There is a large lane pool and good sized pool that has various depths depending on time of day. Made Foods Cafeteria outside is open during the day. There is a well equipped fitness centre on top floor. Squash and racquetball courts available and 2 gyms for basketball and other sports. Change rooms are located on 2nd floor. Women’s change room is very big with playpens for leaving babies in and brightly lit section for blow drying hair and doing makeup. There are also private change rooms in each corner for those who prefer more privacy. Wish there were more shower stalls though. They used to offer lock rentals but not anymore so bring your own as there is a sign that does not allow gym bags in the gyms.”
