I have had my nails done with Lancy twice and one repair when I messed up a nail. She is great. She does a great job. Exactly what I asked for. She also is friendly and I enjoy chatting with her!! I would definitely recommend this salon.

I'm so happy with the service I received here. I got a set of nails done two days ago at Tiffany that I wasn't completely happy with. I called the next day and expressed the fact that the nails had not come out how I had wanted them to (not the fault of the technicians). I was quickly booked an appointment and headed to the salon an hour later. When I came in, I spoke to the manager on the phone (really nice of her to talk to me when she wasn't even working that day) and she assured me that I would leave happy with the nails I wanted. My technician was incredibly patient and communicative. She told me that we would go through as many colours as needed until I found what I liked. I ended up completely changing the finish of my nails with the first option that my technician recommended and I love the look of my nails now. I felt very well taken care of and it was clear that the technicians had a lot of expertise. I'm excited to head back to the salon for my next fill!

I went here for my first gel set ever and had a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly, my nail technician was very friendly and helpful in explaining the process. She was also very patient with me when I was trying to figure out the length and shape I wanted for my nails which I really appreciated. I love the way my nails turned out and will definitely be coming back!
