Alex's ability to combine massage with resistance stretching has greatly improved my recovery and day to day health.
Both Alex and Christine have been fantastic in providing insight and additional exercises to help better my body and the multiple activities I subject it to.
Honestly by far one of the best clinic I’ve ever attended. From the very moment you walk in it feels comfortable and warm. Everyone is so kind and takes an interest in your recovery and building a connection. If you see someone new they are already up to date on what you last came in for. It’s such a well oiled machine. Highly recommended !!! Keep it up guys !
I've been going to Alyssa at Peak Health for a couple months now and my back feels so much better! She evaluated me, gave me stretches to work on and showed me how to do them in an easy to follow routine. Having other services and a "one-stop" shop is very convenient as I also receive massages from Julie and she works wonders on my back. Highly recommend both of them and the entire team at Peak Health, thanks again!
I highly recommend Alyssa for physiotherapy. I've had back issues for over 10 years and after just a few appointments with her my back feels great. She's incredibly smart, thorough, great at dry needling and really seems to care. Alyssa was able to diagnose and treat my back in a unique way and the results have been amazing. Can't speak highly enough about her, I'm very impressed.
I can't recommend Peak Healthy & Performance enough! The staff are incredibly friendly and professional and always remember me by name, even though I don't frequent their office. I would love to try out more services, but I can personally recommend Christine for pelvic floor physio, and encourage any pregnant and/or postpartum mama to visit her for an assessment. She taught me so much about my pelvic floor, didn't give me a rote set of exercises to follow, and helped me feel empowered as I worked through my prolapse. Check her and the team out!
