Hands down the best fitness experience I’ve had in my life. 4 months in, Jordan and Nat have been phenomenal. The right balance of support and drill sergeant.
They are so responsive to any dialogue on diet or injuries which makes having a custom tailored plan so easy. They’ve been willing to work around my back injury and adapt workouts to still get me results but without any risk of injury.
It’s also a fun environment where you’re not in an overcrowded gym and have access to a couple of trainers who are a wealth of knowledge.

I have always struggled to lose weight my entire life. I thought it just wasn't possible for me. I tried every kind of diet, exercise and trainer out there but NOTHING seem to work!

A couple of years ago, I decided my health and fitness was a priority to me and I wanted to stop having the same conversation with myself that I didn’t like my body. My sister in law encouraged me to try her personal trainer and since she had achieved such amazing results with him, I thought if I really wanted my body to change, I have to go “all in”. I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. In only 3 weeks, I could see real change happening! In 6 months, I achieved my goal and a year later, I had a better body than in my 20s! Jordan gave me the skills and knowledge in diet/nutrition and what to do in the gym that would give me the body I’ve always wanted. He took the time and care to figure out what diet and workout plan would be most effective with my body. It’s this tailored approach, his prompt responses to my many questions and constant encouragement throughout that made this such an enjoyable and rewarding journey. Now I have found a good balance in my day to day life working full time, taking care of 3 kids and a husband, and squeezing in 3 effective workouts a week. I eat well 90% of the time and treat myself the other 10% of the time and am able to maintain a body I love. I can’t thank Jordan enough for helping me get here.
Dream Fitness is awesome and Jordan is by the far the best trainer that I have ever had. I’ve only been working with Jordan for about five weeks and the results to date are both noticeable and motivating. Jordan truly knows what he’s doing.
I was initially hesitant in contacting Jordan as I had my reservations about semi-private training. Having done semi-private training in the past, I was hesitant as previous trainers planned a generic workout that was applicable to a larger group, rather than implementing an individualized training program. Jordan’s semi-private training is dramatically different as his training regimen focuses on each person individually and is tailored to work on each person’s areas of improvement.
Seeing the results that I have in just five weeks has been a refreshing experience. Notwithstanding that I have been working out for years, I feel that my form is significantly better and I work harder and smarter. My only knock against Dream Fitness and Jordan is that he sometimes pushes me harder than I want to work (never compromising technique), but I can’t argue with the results that the training regimen has produced.
