Kelly is the new RMT here and she does a fantastic job! Highly recommend booking a 90 minute treatment to allow her to work into all the connections that are contributing to your problem areas. Very relaxing but also very effective in treating problems/injured areas. Does deep tissue work without feeling like you've been hit by a steam roller!

I have been for both chiropractic and massage therapy care at this location, and have always been tremendously impressed with the knowledge and skill of the staff. Dr Jackie is a wonderful chiropractor who goes above and beyond to help her patients. I highly recommend this clinic.

Dr Jackie Fairbourn is and excellent Chiropractor who I have been with for over 17 years now. She is a compassionate healer and addresses not only the physical aspect but the emotional part of pain with NET aswell. I would highly recommend her to others who are looking for a caring and trustworthy Chiropractor who really cares.

I have seen Annie for massage therapy several times over the past couple of months. I met her as a walk in patient with debilitating pain in both of my hands. The pain had been increasing over a year to the point where I was unable to use my hands for any length of time. Her deep tissue work has renewed the function and ability of both my hands, I am feeling so much better, and I am just so grateful for her care. I showed up to her feeling discouraged and sad, and now that I am healing, I feel renewed-like I have a second chance. Annie is knowledgeable and recommended exercises and stretches that are supporting me in my healing. I trust her and will continue to see her regularly.

I came here for a massage on Saturday after my regular therapist was booked up at a different clinic, so I thought I would give Optimum Wellness a try...and am I glad I did!! I saw Annie for a 60 minute massage. She allowed me to explain any problematic areas, listened to my concerns and encouraged me to speak up if anything was feeling intense. After my massage was completed, Annie went over some stretches that would be beneficial to me, demonstrated them and then had me do them. I have never had any massage therapist take the level of care to that level. Good on you, Annie! I'm looking forward to booking my next massage with you in January :)
