Bethany Harvest Hills

My dad called this place home for about ten years. The care was very professional and he seemed happy there. Most Of the staff have been there for a long time so this alone shows that the management was top notch. They were also very supportive when it came his time. The facility has a real home feel and is bright and clean. I highly recommend.

I have no idea why this facility is rated so low. I spent my two months practicum here and i have to say it's quite an impressive facility. The staff are very professional, kind and caring. They have lots of activities for the resident's to participate in and stay active. It's a great home specialized with caring for those with advanced dimentia and palliative care. I would recommend checking this place out to see for yourself before you judge this place by its ratings.

My 91 year old mother with advanced dementia moved to Bethany Harvest Hills a few weeks ago. I am very impressed with the place and the people who work there. Moving from a facility that felt like a hospital to Harvest Hills, that has the feel of a home, was a great decision. There are very frequent activities! The aids and nurses are very good with residents in general. Also, the facility was very effective in building a personalized care plan. Thanks, folks!!

Well it may be true that some upper management struck some as uncaring perhaps it was a bad day or perhaps their job is mostly administrative and therefore their focus is different. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. My mother has been there for years and I count it a blessing. She is well cared for. Lets not forget that the work is difficult and takes everyone on board which doesn't always happen. Sure there have been concerns but they are quickly addressed. The farthest up I really speak with management is the care facilitator and she is great.
