(March 4, 2019, 2:48 pm)The pizza was tasty which, of course, is the main thing. The location is pretty easy to get to the prices are reasonable, and the single staff member was pleasant and washed his hands after handling cash. The reason for the 3 stars is that I expected the pizzas to be ready by the time we got there. One of them came out of the oven before we got there, the second was waiting to be boxed and the third went in the oven after we arrived so the other two that were done sat in their boxes until the last one finished. Stay away from the dipping sauces unless you can read the expiry. One of the sauces had the expiry date removed and you could still see the residue. I really think they need to work on their organization so that things run more smoothly. I will be back, but I'll be ordering over the phone.

(November 12, 2018, 4:31 pm)The online ordering process was easy and straightforward. I received a confirmation message saying my pizza would be ready for pick-up in 20 minutes. When I arrived 20 minutes later I was told it would be another 20 minutes. I got the impression my pizza hadn't even been started. I had to stand around waiting and felt the staff was unapologetic. When my order was finally ready I added a couple pops. I was disappointed to get the bare minimum of a "sorry for the delay" with no offer of a discount or a coupon for future purchases. The pizza was tasty, but not sure it was worth the wait.
