The Submarine

The owner here is absolutely amazing, she is so kind and works so hard! I love going to this restaurant! While my wife was pregnant she took interest in her pregnancy, offered her tea all the time when it was cold out and would spark conversation about what she thought the gender would be, she guessed a girl and she was right! Just an all around great feeling walking in and getting treated with so much kindness and great energy! Thanks for the amazing food and the tea for my wife!

The Submarine was totally delicious. I've had a lot of Vietnamese Subs around the city and this place is top 3 for sure. Will return without a doubt.
The lady there was amazing and genuinely nice and kind.

The food... The bread on the subs was fresh and warm. The meat was cooked on order so really it made it that much better. Spring rolls were hot and delicious. The fish oil and the hoisen sauce were also quite delicious. Not over bearing and a well balanced flavour. Both of them. People will have to put up with me raving about this Submarine place for quite some time. Sorry.

Best sub in town. Quality ingredients. Even if a dollar more then others. Well worth it..

Great food but the prices have gotten a little too high. It's hard to justify a $10 sub when the competition has then priced at $6-7. Their Pho is also very tasty and one of my favourite dishes.
