Good Heart Cafe

Had a wonderful Keto breakfast, egg, bacon, and cheese, on red lettuce and spinach.

The carrot cake and the raw walnut moon are must try, so good! Love this cafe place :)

Stopped in after a doctors appointment. They were cooking fresh banana bread and I couldn't resist stopping in. I am violently lactose intolerant and wasn't sure if I could eat this or not. To my delight, they cook their items fresh, in store, and had no problem telling me the ingredients. This was one of the best banana breads I have tasted since my fathers. It is dairy free, gluten free, moist and beyond delicious. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Highly recommend if you are in the area, stop in for a cuppa or snack.

Food is good. $$ a bit high for a cafe. Cleanliness needs improvement

The best hot chocolate. The lady was extremely pleasant. If you sit down at one of the tables, there are little signs that tell you tidbits about the cafe. They make all of their desserts from scratch so that they can reduce the amount of sugar and there are gluten and nut free options.
