(June 26, 2019, 12:54 am)The gentleman who cut my hair was not at all confident in what he was doing. In fact, I got the cut free of charge, because even he acknowledged that he wasn't experienced in that particular style. It doesn't by all means look bad, but "I haven't done this in a while." is not what you want to hear when most of your hair is already on the floor. I expected him to pass me off to another stylist to fix it up, but all I got was a "sorry", him wandering off to another client and a nudge out the door. Will not be booking with him again. Threading was mediocre, I had to do alot of my own touch ups when I got home. Think they gave me to a trainee.
