This thank you goes out to Geneva and to all of the energy, time, compassion and love she puts into designing and running her reiki certification courses! I took my level I with Geneva in February/March 2019. I really loved 8-week format that was slower and gave more time for us to connect and share our experiences with one another in a small group setting. I also really appreciated the included distance healing sessions in-between classes. Geneva has the most amazing energy and vibe! She's one of the sunniest, cheeriest people I've met and I loved the lightness and sense of humour she brought to our classes. Thank you Geneva!

Reiki with Melissa Adams at Luna Holistic

I registered online and randomly chose Melissa to give me my first reiki session. As soon as I got there, she made me feel very comfortable and we chatted about my feelings (health anxiety etc). Her warmth, understanding and realness helped me feel like I could really let go and trust her. For me, that was extremely important as this was something new to me and I was at my wits end with anxiety. The room smelled good and was peaceful. I laid down and we began the reiki session. At first, it was just relaxing and soothing with the calming music and having a caring person beside you. Then, the feelings came. I won’t get into details but I felt like every time I’ve gone to see her (about 4 times so far) I’ve been able to untie some emotional knot in my mind and I leave feeling less anxiety. The sound bowl is always very intense for me and I really felt that the vibrations were making my mind project images and things (as crazy as that sounds). I’m so happy the universe led me to trying reiki and having Melissa as my practitioner. Be very open and JUST LET GO is my advice. I’m in a much better place mentally because I made the choice to trust my self and let it flow. And I’m so grateful that she’s been a large part of my healing. Thank you Melissa. I look forward to seeing you again the next time I’m in Calgary.
