(September 24, 2018, 10:14 pm)2 visits, 1 was great, the other not so much - hence the 3 stars.
1st visit: last minute and got help right away even though it was almost to closing time.
2nd visit: was told to do what-I-wanted-to-do, online. I had mentioned that the last time I was there to do the same thing (on my 1st visit in fact), somebody was able to take me in, sat down and explained things; but this time, they didn't want to take the time to do so - "you will need to do that online or call them directly". Felt un-welcomed and brushed off - like they were too busy for me. Unfortunate.
