Had a great experience at Optics Plus! Dhesa helped me although out the process of getting my glasses and my boyfriend's contact lenses. She was very friendly, funny and efficient. The place may always be busy but the customer service I get is worth the wait!! Ordered the glasses and contact lenses, was advised to wait for about a week and I was really happy to get everything in a couple of days!!! They're efficient, hardworking and welcoming. I have been recommending Optics Plus to my friends all the time and they're always giving me great feedbacks! There's a reason why this place is still in business for a long time. If you are wanting any help at all, I recommend Dhesa! She'll exceed you expectations! Please give that lovely woman a raise !! ????

Very efficient service at this optical shop! Would like to give a thumbs up to Dhesa who was so helpful with picking which colour of contact lens I should get, she had a great sense of humor as well. Look for her if you ever stop by!
