  I just recently signed up at this spa lady location with the referral from my mother in law!
  They have been nothing but helpful and positive in my fitness journey!
  I have been training with one of their wonderful trainers Danielle, and she is amazing. Showing me a whole new world of working out to build muscle, and already after only a couple weeks I am feeling stronger then ever before... not to mention realizing I had muscles that I didn’t even know exsisted!

  The membership is cheaper then most gyms- GoodLife , golds etc.. and the classes are awesome. Plus - the child care is pretty decent priced as well. The outside of this location looks like it would be a small gym. But on the inside it’s actually huge. The equipment is well maintained it always looks really clean inside. They have fitness machines I have never seen at any gym before some of which are actually really fun to use. The atmosphere is great. I notice a lot of women are very friendly and same goes for the staff. I would definitely recommend this gym.
