Destiny Martial Arts

I put my 7 year-old son in Taekwondo at the beginning of October because I wanted him doing something other than sitting on the couch with his iPad. He absolutely loves it! Master Johnson and Mr. C. Parrot along with the senior belts that help out (like Mr. Anand and Mr. Kevin) are so great with the kids and I have seen a change in my son since he has started training, He has more confidence and really looks forward to going to Taekwondo every Tues and Thursday evenings. My son liked it so much, I decided to join and even though I am only a few classes in, I am really enjoying it too. I would highly recommend Destiny Martial Arts!

Destiny Martial Arts is a fantastic non-profit organization that teaches the art of Tae Kwon Do. Since my daughter started training we have seen her confidence blossom. Her physical endurance has greatly increased and she has learned valuable self defense skills. I love the emphasis on teaching respect, perseverance and discipline.

DMA is led by Master Johnson - an expert 7th Dan Tae Kwon Do master. We are fortunate to also have two 4th Dan instructors (brothers Jori and Colin Parrott) who have great technical skill and are superb with the students.

I highly recommend DMA to anyone seeking to better themselves physically or mentally. It is especially useful for people who have been bullied or people who wish to join a sport that they can learn leadership skills in.
