Very big and spacious for your little fur babies to run around.
Nice walk with some trees but only partially fenced and not too large with significant residential traffic passing by the unfenced portion
Decent little dog park. It has a big field for running and a little forest with some paths to walk through. There are only two problems, its not fully fenced off so if you are afraid of your dog being able to run into the neighborhood next to it you might want to keep him/her leashed. And the side that does have fencing is right beside a highway and there are some broken parts in the fencing big enough for a large dog to get through so if your dog isn't the type to listen right away I'd keep them away from the fencing on the highway side.
I have lived in Calgary for 19 years. I have never been there until today. I was riding my bike to the zoo train station and had to ride through it. It struck me as rugged terrain that resembles the same simplistic beauty drumheller boasts. It is an elevation rise that offered an Excellent view of the downtown core from a vantage I have not yet looked upon. Well done mother nature.
A great little park for your 4 legged friends and pretty human friendly too! No water access nor fence around the park though, so not ideal for hot days or dogs who are more... Exuberant... Than obedient. Lots of open space, though and more than enough room to get a tennis ball flying high for fetch.
