(December 12, 2019, 1:16 am)Went to a rogers store in chinook mall to resolve an issue on a replacement phone provided by brightstar. Brightstar messed up big time by sending me a Bell locked iPhone X instead of Rogers. Marc went over and beyond my expectation in attempt to resolve the issue. I have never seen a customer service as good as this and an associate so dedicated to providing the best service he can give. Please send him Kudos for me. Thank you!
(September 24, 2019, 11:30 pm)I was a target of fraud and my account got cancelled and number got poached. I spent hours at the store and I must say that the rogers agent at the store, Naqi, was amazing - great customer service and incredibly helpful.
