Rocky Mountain Honda Powerhouse

I recently purchased a new (to me) Honda lawnmower at Rocky Mountain Honda. When I arrived at the dealer, I was greeted by Logan Wright. His genuine enthusiasm for the products at the store was welcome. I let Logan know that I was interested in a new lawnmower. I asked a few questions and Logan was able to provide honest and complete answers. I was able to purchase an amazing pre-owned Honda Lawnmower that was traded in for a new model. Logan went over all of the options that my mower has. We even went outside and started the unit up to show me in a real world situation. Logan informed me of the inspection that was done on my mower and the parts that were replaced to make sure my mower was reliable like the Honda that it is.

Proud owner of a new generator. Honda store is well equipped with tons of toys ranging from motor bikes to atvs. They also have lawn mowers and tons of soft goods like hats, back packs, riding pants, and helmets. To my surprise they also sell pedal ebikes. Before we left, Michael our helper, gave us a quick 101 on how to use the generator and happily answered all our questions.

Parts desk is great and they usually are able to supply me with something to make my rides work.

But the receptionist is brutal unfortunately. She is very nice. But lacks even the most basic knowledge of motorcycles. Engines. Parts. And how to find prices or answer any questions. She literally told me she doesnt know anything.

Kinda disappointing when i called to find the price of a product. Everyones busy. And she cant help me

Extremely educated staff who genuinely cares about their customers and exceed the expectations the moment I walked in the door. Felt like I was able to address any concerns I had and left with further knowledge any time I walked in the door. Will recommend this powerhouse over anywhere in southern Alberta!

We own a food truck, and were in the market for a new generator that was quiet, reliable, and powerful.
