She alters her workouts to suit the abilities and age ranges of her clients. She takes the time to explain why we do certain exercises and the benefits of doing them. Be More Fitness offers a number of different times in the day that you can workout so no matter what your schedule there is likely a time that will work for you. I workout at 5:30am with a number of other clients and it is one of my favorite ways to start my day!! ”
