(October 31, 2018, 7:58 pm)Absolutely outstanding experience from Derek, Jason and the boys. They are super knowledgeable, professional and efficient. They were always there to answer any questions and to work with us to get the right equipment in our home. We are fully happy with our system. Post installation service is also amazing, I feel confident that they are only a call away and that any issues that could arise (they are very few), they will fix in no time. I would used them again without hesitation and would recommend them to everyone looking to get into home automation. Great job guys!
We were fortunate enough to work with Adera form the rough in phase of our new build. They installed an Elan whole house 9 zone audio, a 5 zone video distribution with plans for expansion to 7 and a dedicated theatre setup, a full security system with video, door locks and connected camera door bell. They also installed blinds in our whole house which includes both manual and automated applications. System was very complicated and yet works flawlessly

After setting up our home theater system 4 years ago to perfection, I recently had them return to run wiring along a fairly difficult ceiling path. After their assumption that fibre optic was available in our neighbourhood turned out to incorrect, they returned on their own dime to run CAT5 on the same path, allowing us to switch our TV/internet service provider. They explained everything along the way and their on-site guys are experts. Highly recommended.
(May 31, 2018, 4:17 pm)Ours was a major upgrade from a system Aderatech staff installed for us in 2010 under the banner of another company. We upgraded from a component video and RF system to the current HDMI and WIFI ELAN system.
They did a fine job with the physical installation. The wiring to the cabinet is neat and clean and much easier to follow compared with the old system. The controls are much easier to manage and navigate compared with what we had before. It is also much more responsive and reliable. Simply getting rid of the remotes and their charging cradles is a big improvement. We can control everything in the house using any of our phones, tablets, laptops and desktops.
So far we have only had a couple of tiny tweaks - help has been quick and efficient.

Always available whenever advice is needed on the latest technologies. We have had a wonderful experience with Adera Technologies for over 4 years. I would confidently recommend them for anything to do with audio/video/security installation in your home or for your business
