The staff and management is super friendly and helpful. I don't think I've ever had a bad experience here.

SUPER friendly and helpful staff, lots of excellent books to choose from! Found just about everything I was looking for! Very pleased with the one older gentleman, he was very helpful and talkative and suggested all sorts of excellent books and writers for me! He was very friendly and I really liked him, I didn't get his name though. But I definitely will be back again when I need more books to read! =)

We were assisted by a very and helpful gentleman by the name of Tim (maybe Kim). He was genuinely personable and cared that I found what I needed. He recommended some great books in the genre in which I was interested and made me fell confident in my choice of purchase.

Also, we witnessed him at the checkout being professional, calm, and courteous with a customer who was being extremely rude and disrespectful.

It’s nice to see employees such as Tim/Kim who genuinely care about the job he does and the people who come in the store: We love this bookstore and customer service.

Good place and great location. The selection of books was quite good although there were titles said to be in stock that could not be located

Clean and organized. You can probably find what you need here whether it be books or random things you thought you would never need. This location is beside the sunridge Cineplex and sunridge mall so expect alot of teenagers.
