My wife and I have been working with Marianne at the Legacy location and I cannot believe how awesome she is. The minor issues we had after moving in and a couple maintenance issues were taken care of immediately. The communication is AWESOME between the office and tenants and she definitely goes above and beyond for everybody. I wish I knew about the legacy location sooner as I would have been here on day 1.
If you can get in and live here it will definitely be one of the best decisions you will make. I know it sounds like I work for them cause I'm praising them so much but I have nothing negative to say, this place is amazing!

City Vibe apartments are extremely affordable and thoughtfully designed. The special incentives, layouts and property managers make these rentals hard to beat!
City Vibe owns and manages a number of properties throughout Calgary and Edmonton. Their buildings are well run and I've found them to be very responsive to any issues. The pricing is very competitive and I find you get a much larger unit with City Vibe than their other buildings. The units are well finished.
