  Great store structure with a good selection of staff. They know how to negotiate with clients to make nice deals. They also have a small space to distract children for a while. Their coffee machine is fantastic.

  Excellent customer service, thanks Stephanie for taking such good care of me, thumbs up to the service technicians for doing a great job on my vehicle. The team is very knowledgeable and every question I had was clearly answered with explanations before I left. Very time efficient and appointment time was well managed so there was no waiting. Thanks guys am a happy customer and definitely a returning customer.

  I just purchased a Volkswagen Atlas from Country Hills Volkswagen. Having never purchased a vehicle of a dealership lot (always used car lots) i was not sure what to expect. James Anglin is the associate i worked with, and he was beyond patient, kind, informative, and took the time to make sure i knew everything about the vehicle i was purchasing. I appreciated his no pressure and informative communication style, and that he took the time to ask questions about my lifestyle and situation to guide me towards making the best choice for me and my family. Lastly, i appreciated being able to make the decision on my time, without tons of follow up calls/texts/emails/carrier pigeons.
  
  Melanie in finance was thorough, understanding and easy to work with. She was thorough in making sure I had the information i needed to make an informed decision and diligent in making sure everything was ready when i arrived to pick up my vehicle. Matt, the sales manager was also welcoming and added to the no pressure environment even though i walked out without alluding to any commitment the first visit i made.
  
  Country hills Volkswagen was not the only dealership i went to looking for vehicles, but it was the experience coupled with the transparency and flexibility made me come back for my purchase. I would highly recommend James and the Country Hills team.

  These guys are awesome! Took my Atlas in recently for some service work and the team was efficient and effective. We got our car back spotlessly clean and working perfectly and the team is always pleasant to deal with. Love having a dealer close by that actually gets things done!

  One of the best car buying experience ever. This place really cares about their customers and they go above and beyond to achieve a complete customer satisfaction. It's worth driving to CHVW even if you are in High River. You will not be disappointment. You will find a rare combination of great vehicles, great staff and great attitude. I enjoy every minute when drive my 2018 Golf.
