5 stars all around. Sarah is AMAZING and the definition of good customer service. From the moment I talked to her on the phone to schedule an appointment to when I picked up my vehicle, everything has been fantastic. This woman needs a raise. I really felt like they truly cared about my service. Great communication and updates and transparent process. I was referred to this location by Kal Tire after the tech backed my vehicle into the pole and caused damage to the rear bumpers and door. That experience in itself was horrible but everything was made better having Telkor handle the process. In addition to the autobody work, I also changed my windshield. They even detailed and washed my SUV after they finished the job! I was so impressed. As part of the repairs they even replaced a few rusted components. I really felt like they went the extra mile. I would truly recommend this place to anyone.

Was greeted with a huge smile and was taken care of and given updates as soon as they were available all throughout the tedious process that comes along with vandalism. Would definitely use Telkor again and recommend to anyone looking to get body work done to their vehicle.

I've unfortunately needed a body shop twice within the last 6 months and Telkor was highly recommended by the VW dealership. The work they did to my vehicle was superb and their customer service is TOP NOTCH. They keep the lines of communication open with regards to progress and both times finished earlier than projected. I give these guys a 5 star review without hesitation!

My truck went in here after an accident. Everything from their end was smooth, up front, and fast. They kept in constant contact every day, and got it done in fast order. I showed up to a truck that didn't look like it had been touched. Paint, parts, and all contact with the young lady at the front desk, even the detailing job after it was all done, were all top notch.
