If everyone writing a negative review expects to be serviced with a silver platter then you guys are never going to get what you're asking for. Welcome to having free healthcare! Doctor's offices and even hospitals will have waiting times regardless of the day or time or concerns. So many people have an appointment and then maybe their kids get sick, so they bring them in with them and their visit runs late and you're late going in. It is not the receptionists' fault if your appointment is late or if estimated wait times go a little over what they said. Your concerns should be directly addressed with your doctor, because your doctor is the one treating you. Not the receptionist.

Everything is fine, only the waiting time, coz Every time i booked an appointment, i need to wait another 1 hour to see the doctor, better to not book an appointment and just do the walk in
