  I was a bit hesitant going to a "big chain" style shop, but having called in earlier and speaking with Randy he told me to swing by after lunch and they'd take a look at my car. Upon entering I was greeted immediately and after briefly chatting at the front desk, Randy came out of his office, recognizing the issue from my prior phone call. Together him and Justin looked at my car and noticed the door alignment issue I was looking to correct. This after the dealership had the car for a day previously and said they couldn't reproduce the issue (door alignment out, causing it not to seal all the way and wind noise to enter the cabin).
  
  I gave Justin the keys and he took it around back, and literally less than 15 minutes it was back out front and flawlessly adjusted. It may have been a minor issue to most, but a cause of much irritation to myself, doubly so when the dealership claimed ignorance and I was forced to hear this cabin noise daily on the highway.
  
  I am very thankful to the team at this Fix Auto and will definitely be back for any other issues. Thanks guys!!
