Carla Ross is absolutely amazing, I usually hate the dentist and I'm 33 and go every 3 months now because Carla is so gentle with me and takes such good care of me... I highly recommend this dental office

Dr. George is so funny and she is great to talk to. She works hard to get all your dental needs taken care of. She makes the effort to call you herself to check up on you after a dental work. The staff is great and they really make your visit count. They treat you with respect and always welcome you with a warm smile. I really enjoy talking to Loretta especially. You can sense she is smiling even when you are on the phone.

Our family is with Franklin for more than 8 years already. I am very very pleased with their services. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. In terms of charging and insurance related matter, they are knowledgeable. They will let you know of your coverage first before doing anything. The facility is always clean and organize. Dr. George is kind and caring.

Unlike the other two reviewers, I have had no problems with this dental office. I have been coming to Franklin dental for almost eight years. I have always had very positive and pleasant experiences. The dentists and staff there are very kind, knowledgeable and willing to provide assistance in answering my questions. They are very honest in telling me what I may expect from my insurance coverage and the amount that I may have to pay out of my pocket. I would recommend this dental office.
