Had a wonderful experience today at the branch - if someone is unable to help there is always someone who has their back - very well managed bank!
The Branch manager 'Alim' has done a really great job of bringing the level of service up in this branch. All the staff are wonderful to deal with and we always feel welcome in the branch. This is a very busy branch and yet all the staff contributes to the comfort everybody that walks in the door.
I would highly recommend Mr Furhad Hussain... Financial advisor.. Its a bit late post however if opened my scotia bank account 3 months ago as I was new to Canada then.. And he advised me the right account that would suites my needs. He does take his time to explain you each and every aspect of banking..mr Furhad is the to go person.
