Two guys showed up bang on time with a good size truck and efficiency loaded up my furniture and boxes. At the new building they got everything up to the new appartment without me having to life a finger. It was lovely after many times moving around during the student years to hand it over to the professionals. They have the tools and experience, and got the job done. I'd recommend them to anyone that needs something moved.
