I use to go to this location when I lived in the NW and was always happy with their service. When I moved to the SW I had to switch to Centaur Subaru purely or convenience. However, after years of receiving poor service, I knew when I was investing in my winter tires and car starter that I rather give my money to a dealership that cares about service than one that only cares about volume and money. I spoke to the parts manager who walked me through the selection process and I was booked in at a time that worked for me. Everything was smooth from the time I called (this location actually picks up the phone!) to the booking to the actual service itself. Altaf, the Service Advisor spoke to me before they started work on my car and walked me through each service and cost. I had the peace of mind that there will be no surprises on my bill and it was exactly the scope we spoke about. I honestly think that the Subaru Calgary is truly passionate about their business and you can tell from the happy staff members. I am officially switching back to this location even though it is a lot further for me. I rather have the peace of mind when it comes to my car. Thank you for the excellent service Altaf and team!
