Hani always asks questions before, and gets your feedback after each session to ensure that she and her team tailor the way they groom your dog to fit what you want. Cannot recommend enough!

(July 4, 2018, 6:20 pm)We brought our golden retriever Rex to get groomed at Bath & Tidy for the first time and absolutely LOVED our experience. It's been such a hard challenge for us to find a quality groomer in the Calgary but upon meeting Hani & her team, I feel we have found a winner! Highly recommend Bath & Tidy. Love the space and the quality service. 5 Stars All the way.

(June 27, 2018, 6:02 pm)Bath and Tidy are great at offering exactly what we ask for at a reasonable price. They respond to appointments made through email, text and will try thier best to accommodate. We like how they offer us to come back and watch the grooming process is done if we desire. We've taken our dogs to many different groomers, and they are the only ones to be able to bath, dry, clip nails, cut and trim all in a reasonable time as we live busy lives like most people these days. Also Our dogs are fussy and do not like their nails being touched, so it is definitely not an easy task. Bath and Tidy does walk in nail trim on the spot! And when one of our dogs had a poop accident on her floor, she did not make a big fuss about it, which we appreciated. There is also tons of parking in the front and the back as well as street parking.
5 star service! Would highly recommend to any and all pet lover!
(May 11, 2018, 12:51 am)I HIGHLY recommend this place! The staff are super caring and knowledgeable. They are patient with my dog who is a nightmare when we gets groomed. Annie really takes the time to ensure he feels comfortable during the whole process. Plus, he always looks super cute when she’s done with him.
