  Previously i Posted a 1 star review of Bon Look due to service of glasses at their lab and delay in delivery. I am HAPPY to say today BonLook was redeemed by the incredibly helpful staff at MARKET MALL, Calgary. Thank you to Danielle (manager) for helping me sort through the reasons for the delays and for making good on it all and thank you to Joanna(optician) for her 13 years experience and her incredible attention to detail for my fitting. BonLook Corporate, you have been redeemed by the incredible staff at Market Mall. (there is only star missing due to the past experience) I will definitely return to the girls at Market Mall.

  From the moment I met with a stylist to picking up and sizing my glasses, bon look did a great job. The staff were all friendly and knowledgeable. Frames are decent quality and priced competitively. They will also take your pd here so you don't have to pay your old optometrist just to buy non Luxottica frames. The staff here spent almost an hour bending and molding my frames till I was %100 satisfied with the fit.
