Excellent branch, great staff, very knowledgeable. State of the art, brand new location with incredible advanced services. Huge upgrade and move from previous location. This is how banking should be - very good experience every week. Thanks CIBC!
Paul the Manager is the best as well as Gabriela. It is so sad to see this little Branch gone that provided amazing service since Paul has become the Manager. We look forward to having their expertise and caring with CIBC in the future. jon
Depends on the person you go to! Branch has some amazing customer service staff. Ask for Gabriela! I also would like to make sure that Paul the manager gets a recommendation as well. One of the most important aspects of my banking experience is to understand exactly what im getting myself involved with. He has taught his team incredible ways in which he focuses on CUSTOMERS FIRST. If you ever need some help give him a shout. He is more than happy helping everyone out.
The employees at this branch are first class and make it the best CIBC branch in Calgary! From the Tellers all the way up the Manager (Paul G.), they're all very Customer/Client oriented. I usually perform a large portion of my banking online but recently had need to go into a branch in person. I've had many experiences with various financial institutions over the years but I've finally found the CIBC Branch that I'll be returning to from now on. Right from my first visit I was asked how they could help me....and I truly felt listened to (something that seems harder and harder to find in today's institutions)!
Thank you CIBC and thank you Paul!
