(November 13, 2018, 1:34 am)Sha came to my house to diagnose a GFI switch that would not reset due to a ground fault in the circuit. He traced it to a loose return wire in a wall power outlet. He was professional, patient and dedicated to resolving my problem. He resolved the issue, identified the cause and made recommendations for preventing such issues in the future. Great service!
