Denise has been very supportive during my weight loss journey. She helped me understand why this program works and I have enjoyed our sessions together. I’ve reached my goal weight and have been able to maintain it( even after 6 weeks holidays) The food is very good and the program is easy to follow.

I cannot say enough kind words about Denise. Her clinic is clean, professional and welcoming it reflects personality and approach to the program that she adamantly believes in. She understands the psychology behind weight loss and addresses it every bit as much as the science. Even when I stumbled off the line she picked me up, dusted me off and got me going again.
