Inner Balance has become my go-to for my massages. From the moment I enter to when I leave, it’s always been a peaceful, restorative experience.

The front desk staff are friendly, inviting, and easy going, and the spa staff are experienced and clearly very knowledgeable.

After your massage, they also offer you a cup of tea to replenish your body. Such a nice touch!

The family that runs this spa also own and operate Small Space Gallery (right next door). This is a beautiful, cozy space that features artists and hosts pop-ups. Be sure to stop by!

This studio prides itself on customer experience every step of the way. The woman at reception recommended a therapist based on my needs. She also recommended a chiropractor when the therapist and I were discussing that option. I love the welcoming ambiance of the studio, it is always clean and calm. This was my first appointment with Terri and she was great. She listened to all my concerns and ensured she was using the correct amount of pressure throughout my massage.
