Not sure if this is a married couple working here but they are always there whenever i have gone. It's been very good, with kind service. If it's the food has suffered slightly lately, i don't really fault the people working there given the constant slaving around a hot noodle-frying area for days on end, hour after hour. Yes, the chicken can be a little dry so perhaps go for another option. Quality may be better before late afternoon/evening when they are probably exhausted.

It seems to depend on who you get making your food, but the beef yakisoba is really good. The noodles are not wet and soggy and the steak isn't rubbery like you get at Edo.
