My family and I have been seeing Dr. Toma since 2015 and we are so happy that she is our family doctor. She is loving and caring. She does so much. We are very thankful, wish we could met her earlier. All the staff that are working in the front are extremely helpful and kind, treating us just like their own family members. I would say this clinic reached 100% of my satisfaction, and I am highly recommending this clinic to everyone.
Although, I knew doctors in this clinic are not working for google rating and google reviews, but I still want to say that I have noticed some people are leaving unfair comments because of some customer service issue. It might be easy for you to write a post about some phone experience, but this is NOT FAIR for a doctor, nor their clinic, who are capable to do a lot more than phone exp. Others are going to use your comment to determine whether the doctor is qualified to treat them. That is a much bigger responsibility than helping someone to decide whether a restaurant is a hit or miss.
Guys, do you know, the doctors are so busy seeing and helping their patients that they don't even have time to have a proper lunch, and that is why I sometime see they are chewing a bit of food in between their patient. They work so hard by providing help to our health, making sure we are ok and skipping their lunch. I can go on with more examples, but I think I made my point.
