Hands down one of the best 5 course fine dining experience you're likely to find anywhere, and at by far the best price. This is an upscale restaurant ran by the elite culinary students at SAIT. The food, presentation, service, atmosphere and overall experience are second to none year in and year out despite a constant rotation of aspiring chefs.
One of Calgary's hidden culinary gems, so make a reservation well in advance, they can be booked for months at a time.
Well-priced 4-course dinner (49.50) and great service. The bison was delicious. They keep the same menu until closing in the summer and I would go back to try different things. Dietary restrictions seem to be well observed and indicated. As this is fine dining, expect to spend 2 hours there.
Best meal I've had in years. Absolutely delicious. From the appetizers to the last bite of dessert, the meal was perfect.
It's a truly enjoyable experience. The staff are students that are learning while they work. The food is of a fine dining quality, and there are an impressive number of options. The price you pay for what you're getting is incredibly reasonable. One of a kind experience.
