Our favourite local grocery! Always has fresh meat, fish and reliably delicious breads. The sales are great when they have one!!
We were looking for a store to buy our weekly groceries, somewhere not crowded enough in this time of pandemic. We were glad we dropped by, this place was just we wanted. Everything we were looking for was here. The place is clean, the service was great.
I can't say enough good stuff about this store. Amazing friendly service. Great selection of local products.
Great store, however I think their policy that forbids people from walking their bike through the store is dated and I've on a couple occasions had to leave my $1500 bike outside unattended in order to get a few groceries. I am a regular patron and frequently shop there despite the fact that there are other stores with much lower prices and I've been a loyal customer for a long time. I was very disappointed when they forced me to leave my bike outside where people were loitering and feel that they could have at least allowed me to place it indoors because I do not have a lock for it. I recently bought a lock and as I rolled up to the store a few days ago I saw a beautiful specialized bike with 29" tires and suspension, and it was unattended and had no lock, I immediately knew what was going on and decided to stay and watch the bike. Two people walked up near the bike and were look G around as if they were checking to see if the owner was around so I stood right next to the unlocked bike and they walked away from it. I Think that there's a good chance that if I wasn't there it would have been stolen. When the owner came out I asked him if the made him leave his bike outside and he said yes, and he also thanked me for making sure his bike wasn't stolen. I just think it'd be nice if they could make an exception here and there. If you have a $1000+ bike, nothing is stopping would be thieves from snagging it even if it IS locked and I think it'd be decent if they would allow their customers to bring in expensive bikes as they are not much bigger than a shopping cart or a baby stroller. Just my two cents.
