I have been seeing Johnathan for about a month now for my TMJ pain. His technique and method for addressing TMJ issues is much different than other physiotherapists that I’ve been to. I can honestly say that I’ve never had this much pain relief from treatment before. Jonathan is friendly, outgoing, and very knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend him!
I have been to many physiotherapist clinics in my past but this one by far is my favourite. I have never met such kind and compassionate people in my life. I finally feel I have found a place that I am able to complete my path to full recovery on! I highly recommend this establishment to anyone that is considering doing physiotherapy!
Aside from having a great location, they have amazing physio therapists and receptionists. From the time you step into their office till the time the appointment is done, the staff makes you feel very welcome. The receptionists are also very friendly and knowledgeable. I always look forward to every appointment!
I was walking up to check out the place when I saw a guy trip and fall going through the door. It looked like he sprained his ankle I was pretty worried. But then I watched them fixed him up pretty quickly turns out it was a physiotherapy place !! I saw he was crying his eyes out at that point so I took him for icecream at the dairy queen below ! What a great placement for a business ! 10 stars !!!!!
I have been to a lot of physio clinics in my life and I can say that without a doubt Ranchlands Physiotherapy has been the best experience. No one likes to do rehab and they know that. But, they are smart in that they created a work culture that is casual and fun, yet professional and personal. They have this vibe that radiates authenticity and strays away from every other corporate clinic/corporate culture. They seem to genuinely care for their patients rather than view them as dollar signs, which is nice for a change.
When it comes to customer service they also go above and beyond for their clients. You get greeted as soon as you enter, you get exceptional services from their therapists and they provide you with exercises that you can do at home (with an app that allows you to re-watch videos on how to properly do the exercises). They also direct bill to a plethora of insurance companies. If your insurance company is not on their list, they will actively attempt to contact them to allow for direct billing to make it easier for you!
I have had the great pleasure of working with Jonathan (Physiotherapist) for my injuries. He has extensive knowledge in regard to anatomy, physiology and sports injuries. He listens and tries to help you as much as he can. What I most appreciate about them is that he takes the time to search for the root cause of the injury, rather than only focusing on my pain areas. I also love that you get to work with the Physio for the treatments and a Kinesiologist for the exercise portion. This multi-disciplinary approach is something that most people do not appreciate enough.
