While inside at the reception desk, there was a very rude, very abrasive man. He was verbally attacking the Simco receptionist. I was in such shock at his behavior it took me a moment to process. I have to extend major kudos to the receptionist; she remained totally calm, pleasant and polite. She explained multiple times that the issue he had was not a property management issue, and even gave him some really helpful suggestions. He continued to be rude and eventually walked out. I do not know how she managed to maintain her composure and continue to be so professional and kind. WELL DONE SIMCO, your staff are all so professional, responsive, kind and courteous. This occurred about a month ago, and I am still amazed at how well she was trained to deal with that type of person. All companies should strive to have their staff represent them in this manner. GREAT JOB !!!
I love Simco , especially, the efficient Property Manager Kali Jenkins. Since she became The Manager, lots of positive improvements . The best thing is that she is easily reachable and I get answers for all my queries. She is an asset to the company . Simco is a great company to deal with.
Kali Jenkins was fantastic. She was informative and helpful. I have dealt with many management companies who care very little about the requests of real eaesta agents, even though they are working for actual clients on the management company .Kali however is a service oriented manager and is so refreshing for that reason. She cares about people and treats them as such and is a great asset for Simco, giving every impression that it is a service oriented company that genuinely cares about its client and the people who represent them. I can personally vouch for a great experience with this company and its responsiveness to its clients and those who serve them.
I have worked for Simco Management for 10 years. This Company and the Owner have given me many opportunities and provided me with a the advantage of experience. They have treated me with dignity and respect throughout my employment here. Life gives us challenges and Simco has always been quick to help me overcome them in any way they can. I am eternally grateful for this company and all of the wonderful staff I have the privilege of working with. It is a great company to work for. Angela Eyck from Simco Management Calgary office has been excellent to work with! Recently, I had a couple of emergent situations required attention from Simco Management, Angela followed up with me on a timely basis and showed a lot of compassion and consideration throughout the whole process. She coordinated on my behalf and communicated efficiently between myself and the management/condo board, she made my stressful situation much easier to deal with. I felt she genuinely cared for my life rather than just a tenant in a building. Angela is a great asset at Simco Management and I sincerely thank her for everything she's done for me and my family.
Our condominium corporation switched to Simco Management at the beginning of this year and they have been great to work with. Our property manager, Nathan, is very responsive to both board and resident concerns and questions, and has done good work in moving a number of projects forward while also being attentive to regular maintenance needs of the building. Verna has also been an excellent resource to our board. I would definitely recommend Nathan and the Simco team.
