  Had the most exceptional service experience with Earl. Earl was extremely helpful and patient with all my questions. Very professional and extremely personable. If I could give 6 stars, Earl would get a 7!!!

  Update: After writing this post the dealership has since contacted me and rectified the issue of the spare key. Appreciate them taking the time to respond and deal with the issue.
  
  Service in the showroom was great while purchasing my used BMW X1, however when picking up my car I was only given one set of keys. Was not advised of this ahead of time and response to my requests has been minimal or I have been ignored entirely. I also has some build up of glue on my front bumper, which i was told by a 3M installer that it was residue from removing the previous 3M before I purchased the vehicle so that it could be resold to me by the dealership. Love the car, but not very satisfied by the experience.

  We worked with Mr. Graham Thompson and he was very very helpful and very nice. I want to thank him for being so caring for the customer. Great customer service. Would highly recommend to get a car from BMW Gallery. He deserves to be a manager at a BMW dealership.

  We worked with Guy G. and we were extremely happy with his service. Our sales experience was very positive and he has followed up with us to make sure we are happy with our purchase and to see if we had any questions. When we asked a question he made sure to get an answer for us. We will be sure to recommend Guy and this dealership if we hear of anyone who is looking for a great car and a superior purchase experience.

  I am really appreciate Jun Kim to help trading my old 3 series and buying new SUV from BMW Galley. I was looking for family car so I was hesitating which one is suitable for my family. But he gave very useful information and answering all my detail questions with patience. That makes me so comfortable to choose new BMW SUV for my family.
  He tried to make best value for my old BMW which I only got valued couple thousands $$ from other dealership. Also when I picked up my car, it was very late evening even that time was out of working hour for him but he stayed and took care of me until I left. I am driving now, he still send good info for my SUV as well.
  I am not the person who leave review but Jun makes me very impressive sale consultant and I will definitely give 5 Start for him. Thanks Again! Jun Kim
