(December 12, 2017, 8:33 pm)My mother has stayed here for 2 years. Initially in the independent living section and now in the sl4-d section. Overall our experience has been positive. Many of the staff are very caring and engaged In their work. Some we didn’t jive with as well. The staff have a difficult job and there aren’t many of them to deal with problems and more demanding residents. I think this is the same with all these types of facilities. Although there are newer facilities out there, and ones with more purpose built sl4-d units, this served our needs as it was close to family members.
