I am very grateful to all the people who work in that hospital (Nurses, assistants, doctors, cleaners, etc) Once I set foot in the hospital they took care of me and I felt I was in good hands. Although emergency hopistal might get busy, nurses and the doctor took the necesary time to explian what it was going on inside my body. I really appreciate that.”

I have received excellent care at the clinic from the front end staff to the physiotherapists. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Darcy does a very thorough work up and develops a solid treatment plan. He is very aware of any changes in your overall condition and makes changes to your treatment regiment. “This clinic has been hands down the best dental clinic I have visited. They go above and beyond to do whatever they can to make sure you have a positive experience. My 3 year old daughter asks to go To the dentist on a regular basis and wants to come with me to all my appointments! Unlike many dentists who charge extra for services, this clinic makes sure you are aware of charges and calls before billing anything above and beyond what your insurance covers. The Dr. Is incredible and doesn’t complete unnecessary services but takes a wait and see approach. I have never been more happy with a dentist. “This is a beautiful new building located just across the street from the new South campus Hospital. I had to go in for an X-ray. There is fee two hour parking in front of the building and there was lots available. The building (and washrooms) were clean and well maintained. HINT: They also have their own public parking.”

“I booked a follow up appointment for 3pm on a Tuesday. I came in ten minutes early, signed in and asked to have a seat and wait. Half an hour passes. I approach the girl working to ask when I will be seen and I’m THEN told that they are behind schedule and it would be a 45 minute wait from the time of arrival. I completely understand appointments getting pushed back due to a number of reasons. That is completely fair. What is frustrating and should be noted here is the lack of respect for the clients and their time. I would have appreciated on arrival to be told that the wait would be as long as it was, then I (the customer) would have had the choice to reschedule as my time is also valuable. Communication is key with good customer service. I ended up waiting an hour before my appointment but what made it less frustrating was the girl who did the ultrasound. Her as well as the last girl I had were really great, and very apologetic.”
