Leanne is a great person and a terrific realtor. First, as a person – I’ve known her to volunteer many hours of her time in the service of others. When I decided to buy a property, she had effective strategies to assess what kind of home I was looking for, and then used online resources to provide lots of alternatives. She showed me properties in several areas of the city, pointing out differences in construction, design, finishes, neighborhoods, amenities, ages, parking, population density, etc. Being a very sociable person, she struck up conversations with people everywhere, asking questions and gathering information from them. As I got closer to making an offer, she had contacts with professionals to complete the task (e.g. condominium document specialists, lawyers and contractors to make modifications), and shepherded me through the process of finalizing the purchase. And left me with housewarming gifts! In short, Leanne is a very good friend.

We were in the market to purchase a new home about 2 years ago. Leanne listened carefully to all our of wants and needs and worked hard to help us find options within our price range. She was always available to chat and approached every conversation and interaction with a big smile. She ended up finding us a beautiful home that we could not be any happier with!
