  This place has an amazing service, clean and safe environment and they always make sure that an individual’s needs are fulfilled. They also have points system for each time you get your nails done you can get % off your next visit. They also have a wide selection of nail colours and nail designs. I definitely recommend their matte top coat, they’re the only nail place I’ve gone to where their top coat doesn’t get dirty or greasy after a while.

  Can't say that I am impressed. Very basic pedicure and very quick. Don't like the rush rush atmosphere and that have to ask to cut ingrown toenails. The pedicure kit comes in a basket, so it's not that you can see how they unseal the package. And you don't know how it was sanitized. Shellac pedicure $55+gst+tips. Not the cheapest one. You may book appointment or come as a walk in.

  This is a reply to Chloe Crawley. I am the business manager of Double V Nails and Spa, and I want to express my apologies for your dissatisfied experience.
  
  I am sorry to hear about your bad experience with our business. We take high priority to those who have booked appointments, so if you did not book an appointment please understand that it will be quite hard to manage the scheduling as it will affect the other customers who have booked in advance. We still try our best to accommodate walk-ins but we cannot guarantee the wait time if we are busy.
  
  In regards of the two ladies you saw without tasks; we have five nail techs in total, there are two who generally only work on manicures and pedicures and cannot work on acrylic due to skin irritation when in direct contact with the substance. Here at Double V we always work as a team to make sure we provide the best quality service. We make sure that no one leaves unsatisfied. If we fail to get you into your appointment within the time given, we are happy to offer you a compensation of 10% off your service to make up for not proving the adequate time. However, it is very uncommon for our customers to be upset about the wait time because we value our customers' time and provide the appointment that they request.
  
  All of our nail technician's have 8+ years of professional experience. They have never experienced an occasion where their nail work has proved to only last 1 day, so to hear this from your experience we find it quite hard to believe.
  
  I as the manager and our staff here at Double V don't exactly know what the problem with your nails were as you did not acknowledge us of the issues. We stand by the quality of our work and readily offer any repair if our work is not up to standard FREE of charge. We do this for our customers because we value their business.
  
  We enjoy helping our customers achieve beautiful nails and take pride in what we do. If there were any problems at all we would definitely make the efforts to resolve them. We cannot tolerate any dishonesty towards our business or any behaviour of that sort. Again, I apologize for your bad experience, thank you for your response.

  Lily is the best! My nails are always perfect in length and shape. I’ve never had a bad experience with her. She is very nice and fun to talk to. Always has a smile on her face. The salon is clean as well which is important. Ask for lily if you come here because she is amazing!
